In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.The right belongs to the defendant. It is a protection against an overbearing government that is abusing the justice system against their enemies.
Also, from the Declaration of Independence:
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.-PJFor depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
And yet they got a grand jury in DC to convict Trump on Mar Lago documents. Judge should have thrown that out and forced DOJ to do another grand jury of his peers where the supposed crime was committed. Not understanding how this is being allowed to proceed.
