I think Israel should bulldoze the whole place and shove the debris into the sea. Fill the tunnels with sea water. There are better uses for that real estate than being a rat hole for terrorists.
Population of Israel is 9.4 million. Population of Ukraine is 43.8 million.
Therefore, by proportion, 25 Israeli soldiers is equal to 25 * (43.8 / 9.4) = 116 Ukrainian soldiers. Ukraine has lost perhaps a thousand times that number.
On the other hand, dead is dead, and Israeli soldiers are not more important than any other soldiers, Ukrainian or otherwise. They are all some mother’s son.
Given that the title of the OP recommends carpet bombing Gaza, I didn’t expect a lot of sensitivity to death.
