Is there any proof that Israel has nuclear weapons, or is it just a scare tactic to prevent invasion?

My mother lived and worked in Israel in the 1960’s. She used to tell the story of catching a bus between Israeli cities. Upon hearing that she and her friend were foreigners the bus driver pulled over next to a sand dune and pointed at the dune, “behind this dune is Dimona, where we make the bombs”

Probably the most strong confirmation of Israel’s Nuclear weapons program comes from a man called Mordechai Vanunu. An Israeli Nuclear Technician who claims to have worked on nuclear weapons for the Israeli’s. He was kidnapped by Mossad and forcibly returned to Israel where he’s served quite long periods in jail and is still under heavy government restriction with regard to his movement and ability to speak freely.

If you want to hear a great conspiracy theory check out the Vela Incident which is rumoured to be an Israeli Nuclear Weapons test on one of the South African sub Antarctic islands in September 1979. The Vela satellites detected the unique double flash of a nuclear detonation. Unfortunately a large storm blew in before the Americans could get aircraft over the site to test for radiation. The Australians did detect high levels of nuclear byproducts in the milk of their dairy cows over the next few weeks. Leading to large quantities of milk being dumped.

Do the Israeli’s have nukes? Probably.

What would Jews know about nuclear weapons?

IDK, maybe ask Szilard, Oppenheimer or Einstein.

Israel has never officially confirmed or denied possessing nuclear weapons. However, it is widely believed to have a nuclear weapons arsenal, with estimates ranging from 80 to 400 warheads. Israel has the technological capability to deliver these weapons by aircraft, submarine-launched cruise missiles, and the Jericho series of intermediate-range ballistic missiles.

Both Pakistan and North Korea have nuclear weapons.

Israel is far more advanced.

WIKI excerpt-—It is believed that Israel possessed an operational nuclear weapons capability by 1967, with the mass production of nuclear warheads occurring immediately after the Six-Day War. Experts estimated the stockpile of Israeli nuclear weapons range from 60 to as many as 400. It is unknown if Israel’s reported thermonuclear weapons are in the megaton range. Israel is also reported to possess a wide range of different systems, including neutron bombs, tactical nuclear weapons, and suitcase nukes.

Israel is believed to manufacture its nuclear weapons at the Negev Nuclear Research Center.

ADDENDUM Israeli was given $5 billion US tax dollars for “rebuilding air bases” in the Negev.

Since 1973, Israel has received more than $120 billion US tax dollars in MILITARY assistance alone, including three multi-billion dollar “special aid” packages for signing the Israel-Egypt peace treaty, for Israel’s withdrawal from the Sinai, and for redeployment of Israeli forces.

Besides US military aid, Israel also receives economic and humanitarian foreign aid, which supports broad economic development and sociopolitical stability and can also include non-military support related to the country’s pressing security needs.

After having been attacked by all of its neighbors at once it would be criminal negligence for any Israeli leader not to produce a weapon if such production was possible.

Yes, don’t forget the Lord of Hosts weapon - unique, to say the least, and possessing powers that are incomprehensible.

Wouldn’t be much of a deterrent if it was secret, would it?
