Former President Donald Trump took the stand to defend himself against allegations of financial misrepresentation by Stalinist AG Letitia James in New York City. The atmosphere was tense, with Judge Engoran frequently intervening to keep the proceedings on track.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, wacky Judge Arthur Engoron lectured President Trump for delivering speeches during questioning.
Engoron is very upset that President Trump is able to freely speak during his trial.
According to reports, Engoron repeatedly attacked President Trump for his long-winded answers to questions about his highly successful international business. New York Attorney General Letitia James is hoping to pilfer $250 million from the Trump family for her ridiculous claims that the Trump organization was overvaluing their assets. The court has failed to prove this during the show trial.

James is a stooge for Soros and Marxist Dems who want to destroy the American Culture and One World Gov’t/ New World Order. Trump cannot be bought or forced to concede to their program and is the only Candidate with the dynamic genius to bring Order to the World.
10 to 1 both Leticia and the judge have had a $10 million book advance mentioned to them for books about the trial.

At this point I’d say Trump has little to lose. He is sparring with them and doing what appears to be a good job. The disclaimer clause should be like a cudgel against this sham of a court. “Best of my knowledge.” is hard to prove against or beat.

Maybe engoron will get out his steel balls. It will look good in the appeal trial.
I watched his attorney do a presser right after noon recess. That woman is sharp, articulate, gorgeous and I would not like to oppose her in court.
I wonder if Trump can ask his new justice dept if they can bring charges or disbar Engeron and James.
It’s not a criminal trial. He can’t be “convicted”. He’s on trial for civil penalties.
“Art of the Deal” for his life maybe. I’m on his side and i hope he pushes all the right buttons on these guys to get an appeal. cuz the whole judicial system is a crime.

So, what would constitute the worst "penalty" Trump would receive from this sham of a trial?

He has already been convicted and was convicted before the trial began.
This charge was brought under New York Executive Law-EXC 63. Under this law, once the Grand Jury releases an indictment, the NY State Attorney General can select a judge she chooses to resolve the case.
Under this law, the Judge can hold a hearing or just read the statements from both sides and make a judgment.
This Judge made a ruling just by reading the statements and ruled that Trump was guilty of fraud before the trial began and that Trump cannot do business in the state of New York (this part of the ruling way stayed by a higher court for further review.
The trial is just a show trial to determine the amount of the fine and was not necessary at all.

I have always thought that there is some similarity between Trump and Patton.
