If they aren’t, then explain why they are So Damned Brave in their SWAT gear busting down someone’s door ONLY when they out number their prey 30 to 1.

Yes, “sheltering in place” is when the local refinery has a fire and there’s goop raining down on your property. Or when a depraved gunman is on the loose.
If I were a cop or a police chief, I’d be embarrassed to no end for the press to report my officers were “sheltering.”

Did they really have enough protesters to “surround Grand Central,” which takes up a huge amount of square footage, or just enough to pose for pictures in front of this set of doors?

If they’re in Grand Central could they get on a train and go home or are now the trains no longer running either? I remember something about trains still running on time from way back. :)
