Gun buybacks are terrible. It encourages theft as degenerates to break into other people’s homes and cars to get free guns to turn in for cash, no questions asked. My daughter lives in an upscale suburb near San Antonio and the theft has been increasing the last few months.
I’ll bet the break-ins are in proportion with the surges of invaders wading in the Rio Grande looking for a Border Patrol clown to cut the concertina wire for them. It isn’t a coincidence that they carry the cutters with them on “patrol”.
