Turning every religion on its head, for starters...

How so?

Christianity has no problem with non-human entities.

The bible is full of them.

Ezekiel saw the wheel way in the middle of the air.

John 10:16
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

How so? Christianity has no problem with non-human entities. The bible is full of them.

Because it would put into question the entire human record. Such as, “did humans evolve, or were we evolved?”

Perhaps explain how ancient people were able to build structures, that we would have great difficulty completing today. Not too mention questioning what purpose they served.

From a religion standpoint it could cause many to question whether there is really a God. Especially considering that earlier cultures did not practice monotheism. Which one might argue that the “Gods” they believed could have been just more advanced beings.
