I know two that quit and are not vaxxxed but today to be an ATP you gotta get your shots.

That's not true. I'm a pilot and we have plenty of unvaxxed guys working with me. It wasn't required by my company.

Not to get an ATP certificate, and not to fly as an airline transport pilot unless the employer requires it. And no, not all employers do.
