Yes. But not likely any in the airlines you likely board.
For example those flying for private owners and small aircraft operating under different FAA regs(and without govt contracts)
likely were not vaxed. Most of those pilots were in general not prone to more gobt in their lives.

Of interest in July 2023 eighty-three Republicans joined Democrats in voting against a requirement that US airlines reinstate pilots fired for refusing to take the Covid vaccine. This despite a severe national pilot shortage.

I’m not sure what constitutes “commercial” in this context. I have heard that the elite who flew into Davos demanded only UN-vaxed pilots for their planes.
A relative who housed me for a year in college had been a pilot for a major US Airline for decades and at the top of the Pilot’s Union (read top 12 pilot) got the jab due to mandates. As soon as pilots started dropping mid-flight, he retired.
He’ll never fly any plane, or in any plane again. He has always worked out and is in tip-top shape, not just for “his age”.
They, like other professions have begged the unvaxxed ones that were “let go” to come back.
