The Biden administration is openly threatening Americans over Ukraine. In a classified briefing in the House yesterday, defense secretary Lloyd Austin informed members that if they don’t appropriate more money for Zelensky, “we’ll send your uncles, cousins and sons to fight Russia.” Pay the oligarchs or we’ll kill your kids.

He said Russia will continue to invade other countries including the baltic states and at that point America may have to get involved.
And he may be right. He did not threaten to send anybody’s kids anywhere if Ukraine is not funded.

True, I suspect that Putin will leave Mar-Largo alone, as he’ll want someone to talk to that represents the remaining 10% of Americans.
Biden vs Putin is just one more example of how worldwide, socialists just do not get along with each other.
Putin and Xi have been having problems all along, most recently with their own borders. They are more friends by necessity, and they make the other pay for it when they have the leverage.

Far be it for me to defend Austin, which I’m not, but honestly, that’s not exactly what he said.
He said if Russia wins, later on there will be subsequent wars in Europe that the US will need to send troops for.
Obviously no one knows if that’s true or not. I’m only addressing how his comments are distorted. I’ve seen a lot of posts distorting it.

Well, to do such a thing the administration would have to declare war on Russia. The public does not want WW3, so I think this is bluster. No. In order to get funding for Ukraine, and Israel, the Democrats will need to hammer out the best deal that they can in Congress and in the Senate.
True. Stalin hated Mao. He would have preferred to have Chiang running China (and did support the KMT until he signed the non-aggression pact with Japan).
They all hate each other. They have to. Their way of doing socialism/communism has to be the superior way. They can get along to deal with a common enemy, but there’s no real love between any socialists in different countries.
That makes a lot more sense.
It should be noted that the Congress’ “power to declare war” includes the power to conduct a war— or not.

The joke’s on Mr. Austin. The Biden administration can’t send Americans to fight Russia without a Congressional Declaration of War.
I kid, of course. We live in the age of the Imperial Presidency. If Biden (or his handlers) really want a war with Russia, then we’ve got a war with Russia.
Side note to Slow Joe: Just don’t call it a war. Call it a “kinetic response” or a “police action”.
And be sure to manufacture a provocation. That way you’ll have the backing of Congress and the media. Maybe order the CIA to fire a missile at a NATO base or at US Navy ship. That would do.
