You know SCOTUS is compromised. Remember the Obamacare gyrations. I would not be surprised if SCOTUS called this a state’s rights issue and left it stand.
This isn’t like Obamacare or other issues where there is give and take and wriggle room for SCOTUS machinations.
This is cut and dried.
And results if upheld would be catastrophic meltdown of out ability to vote anyone in or out of the Presidency. And SCOTUS knows this. America would be over, they know that, too.
