Larry Sabato has been a Democrat hack for years while trying to masquerade as a non-partisan. A friend of my wife used to work for Larry Sabato and she said he was a Democrat loyalist through and through and this bias affected his work and opinions. No one should take his opinions as the opinions of neutral analyst.

I was going to say, he's Deep State" which he may be, but you are spot on with him being a CommucRat through and through.
