Recruiting minorities is good. It's important. But DEI is bad. Because we're in a situation where we have somebody like Claudine Gay who is checking all the boxes when she became the President of Havard.
But it's obvious that we have to correct our historical wrongs. But DEI is obviously not the way to do it
