It should be dismissed WITH prejudice (i.e., cannot be re-filed). I think the author didn’t understand what “without prejudice” meant, namely that the case could be re-filed.

The self-dealing and impropriety of the prosecutor in the Georgia case is nothing more than a distraction.

The biggest part of the story is that the outside prosecutor hired by Fani Mugabe was paid for his meetings with J6 committee members and White House lawyers. This means there are a number of people who have suddenly found themselves as potential witnesses of interest to the defense in the Georgia -- and who will likely end up testifying in depositions during this presidential campaign.

I'm actually at the point where I don't want the Georgia case to be dismissed.

The latest tidbit is that Willis calculatedly lengthened and enlarged the investigation
of Trump so that the tax-paid financial benefits to her and Wade could be unlawfully increased.

Dismissed without prejudice means that the charges can be refiled later.

The charges should be dismissed WITH prejudice, so that they cannot be refiled.
