Whatever happened to Arbor Day and plant more trees 🌲 🌳 to reduce Carbon? Yeah, what did happen to Arbor Day? It was sort of a thing when I was a kid and is now forgotten.

It’s now one of those days that’s covered over by saying Happy Holidays like Flag Day, Mothers Day, and Toyotathon. That new greeting doesn’t specify which holidays they want us to be happy about.

I remember the TV commercials promoting trees.
Trees: The Renewable Resource.
Seems people have forgotten that. Course, people are lazy these days and don’t want to rake so they cut down trees in suburban neighborhoods and don’t replace them.
