I don't know. It strikes me, though, that a true Black Swan is an event that cannot be predicted, so I wouldn't rule it out, but in fact it's a mess very much of Pedo Joe's people's making and frankly they should have seen it coming.

The real problem is one familiar to military students - the initiative is very much on Texas's side because the idiots in DC made it that way. This doesn't need to explode; in fact, it's better if it simmers all the way to November. Joe's little gremlins will be desperate to come to any resolution other than an obvious backdown.
