No, sorry I don't, but I just did a search and found this article from 2020. There's a video that tells the story about getting the mask and turning it into the mask for Michael Myers. It's a little over 7 minutes. I'm going to watch it right now.

The mask was originally made from a mold of Shatner’s face for the Star Trek makeup department to apply appliances and alter his appearance. It was later found and used for the Halloween movie by the director.
