Because the SC justices have too many cases, not enough time. Right or wrong, this is their thinking. They decline to rule on this now. But will be forced to as this case ascends up the Federale judicial ladder.
Plus the SC is schizophrenic and prefer to be ambiguous on blaque affirmative action scams. All Freepers know that this favoritism towards blacks is unfair and stupid. Especially as other minorities are outnumbering them more and more each year. As Hispanics and all kinds of Asians are streaming in here during the Joe potato head regime.
So blacks are not just scamming whitey. They are affirmative action scamming all who are not blaque.
