Crimea has had a Russian majority only since Stalin, when he expelled the Tartars and replaced them with Russians. So no, Mr. Putin, these territories are not historically Russian. As for Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, these have such a large Ukrainian majority that any Russian claim over them is laughable. But there are some fools who do accept Putin’s propaganda.
