The thought often enters my mind: What could we have accomplished as a nation after those execrable Obama years, if Trump hadn’t been sabotaged even by his own party?

That’s just it, it’s not his own party, they are assistant Democrats.

If we can’t get astronauts safely through the Van Allen Belts, Klingons and Romulans can’t either!

Why go through the deadliest regions when you can just go around them? Which is exactly what was done for every Apollo mission.

GW Bush’s big mistake was that he left in place too many from Clinton’s intelligence team, when he should have thrown them all out immediately, and immediately questioned all their operations and all their assumptions. There was enough evidence of their ineptitude during the BJ Clinton administration.

Bush and Clinton were two sides of the same coin.

“I’m cynical these days when it comes to the government, but even I cannot go that far.”

After the last three years, I can go that far and farther. They are evil.

“Or why Bush quickly whisked out those Saudis, while US Airspace was still closed?”

That to me was uncalled for and unforgiveable.

Of the many things I find discouraging in our government today, it is they are more of a uniparty in more respects than I want.

And the values of that “uniparty” are antithetical to my own, or of most conservatives.

I watched it all day as well. I specifically remember them commenting about how much Building 7 was burning, and they were speculating on whether or not it would fall. Then it fell.

Leaving Clinton’s people in place wasn’t a mistake by “W” Bush because W turned out to be a Leftist/RINO, it’s just that nobody knew it yet.

And Clinton is Bush’s brother from another mother.

Yes. By the end of the 2nd GWBush term, I was referring to the Clinton-Bush era as a duopoly. I think Jeb was only running because he thought Trump could beat Hillary.

Politically, they were not that different from each other. Center left to center right.

Bill Clinton was a calculating politican, unlike John Kerry and Al Gore so you saw him come to the center.

My point was that no President can be expected to clean up a predecessor’s 8 years of mess in 9 months. I’m not going to throw mud at Mr. Bush for 9/11; I’m not going to throw mud at Mr. Trump for failing to get Obamacare repealed.

The only way to avoid the Van Allen belts is to launch from the North or South Pole. We know what that does to o- rings

Your knowledge of orbital mechanics is nonexistent, Jan.

You're embarrassing yourself. Near polar orbits are easily achieved from both Canaveral and Vandenberg. For you to not know that, and yet keep opining on spaceflight related topics, is risible.

We know what that does to o- rings

ROFL!!! Tell us what you think you know ...
