I still don’t know why he didn’t do a pocket pardon the day before he left office. Who care if the democrats scream.

“Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” And as I said, THAT is why he chose not to bring charges.

Bidet could literally admit guilt in open court, but in reality there is simply no way to empanel a jury in DC that would ever convict a democrat politician of any crime.

the difference between the Trump and Biden classified documents cases is that “President Biden fully cooperated and turned over the documents” and former President Trump didn’t.

That is nonsense.

It's the DoJ that cooperated with Biden, not the other way around.

President Trump was not allowed to have his lawyers first search Mar-a-Lago before the FBI was allowed to go in, but Biden's lawyers were allowed to sweep Biden's home before FBI agents were allowed in.

In fact, Trump's lawyers were not even allowed into Mar-a-Lago while the FBI was in there searching!

Also, President Trump did cooperate with the FBI and National Archives several times, even following their recommendation to improve the security of the storage locker where Trump's documents were stored. It was only when they came back a third time with more demands that Trump questioned what they were doing.

I've been calling for citing the 14th amendment section 1 since February 9. I'm pleased to see the media picking this up.
