After watching the video, I’m certain it’s not Isikoff.
Isikoff is the guy in the second row with wire rim glasses.
It's him. He was ID'd in a still photo by someone else. The reason why you might think its not him is he doesn't have his happy face on like in his book tour interviews when he was still thinking his already OBSOLETE book would sell big. Instead he now has a very very grim face as you see in the video.
