castration could work .... but would they be allowed to roam the streets? surly not ...
but then we are back to paying to keep them
take them to the gate and stone them seemed to work a long time ago ...
but I just wonder if these evil people would think it would be safer for them to kill the child so no witness sort of thing. I think they fear death. I think that may be why some of these kids come back alive.
It’s a tough one.
I think I’m coming around to the death penalty ... I can’t seem to think of anything better.

But castration would not stop the behavior. It’s a mental thing, not a hormonal thing.
Sexual crimes are generally known to not be about sex, but about violence and power. Those people can still abuse others sexually, even if classic rape is off the table.
