The banks on that list…

Barclays, U.S. Bank, Charles Schwab, HSBC, BoA, Paypal, KeyBank, Standard Chartered, Western Union, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Santander, JPMorgan Chase, and MUFG.

Certainly all the big ones. Are there any banks out there that are refusing to spy on Americans?

A useful guide may be to check a bank’s web site to see if their Career page includes DEI rhetoric or if you see any signs of liberal policies on the overall site. Generally speaking, if a bank or a credit union is more localized in operations, the more likely they are to be more concerned with the bottom line and not “social justice” issues.
