The Dems are attacking But claiming he is in the Federalist Society, and wants to be in a future Trump Administration. One even went so far as to have Hur promise he would NOT take a job in the future Trump Administration.

Despite evidence that clearly indicts Biden, his family and many other democrats, the fact remains that the AG and FBI are controlled by and work for the democrat party. Does anyone really believe that AG Garland will do anything to threaten his democrat masters? Even if the AG would take up a case to prosecutor some of the many criminal democrat actors, which is highly unlikely, we have the problem of the court venue being in DC or other democrat controlled (TDS) court district.
Since nothing will be done about the damning evidence that's exposed in the hearings, are we again watching kabuki theater ?

While Biden controls the AG and FBI, yes, I believe "that's all there is." When Trump becomes president, it will be interesting to see how deep he goes in the AG, FBI and other federal institutions - to remove anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Conservative actors.
Let's pray that when president, Trump can find people that are not afraid to go after the deep-state and put a great number of people in prison.
