This came in the snail mail today. Texas Workforce Commission and Navarro College offering "free" classes to immigrants with my tax dollars.

It’s a community college....these are almost free in California.
IMHO...the reasons teachers and schools like illegal folk is cause there will be jobs for the teachers paid for by the govt.

Not new...it’s called adult ed and those classes have been available in almost every school district of any size for the last 40 years.
They don’t ask for immigration status to enroll, but if you want a GED or any certification like nurse’s assistant,you must be a citizen.

Many major universities offer free courses (eg Harvard).
But you don’t get the tests or accreditation.
Very cool if you just want to learn!
