This is one of the prospective jurors who assured us she could be unbiased in the Trump trial.

She was dismissed due to scheduling conflicts. But she said this, while also assuring the court that she could have remained objective and unbiased.

My prediction is this:

All these jurors who claim to be unbiased or unaware of the news who were seated on the jury will eventually out themselves through typical leftwing hubris and arrogance.

One by one, we will see juror malfeasance resulting in dismissed jurors replaced by alternates. A juror will says something, let something slip, secretly talk with other jurors... something.

After the third juror is replaced, Trump's team should make a motion for a mistrial claiming that the jury selection was obviously flawed and Bragg should start over.

The judge already denied the motion to change venue. To ramp up the pressure on the judge and Bragg, Trump's team should make a motion to sequester the jury during the trial to ensure they are not influenced by outside media. I would expect the judge to deny this motion, too.

Ideally, they will run out of alternate jurors and the judge will be forced to declare a mistrial, but that is a long-shot.

I’ve brought up the diary in a futile attempt to talk to a Dem or two.

“Russian disinformation.” “Conspiracy theory.” “Why haven’t I heard about that on the news?”

Dems live in information bubbles and anything outside the bubble creates cognitive dissonance. They deny and when presented with facts they resort to personal attacks.

I usually avoid politics as you aren’t going to convince someone that programmed to wake up to reality. Easier for them to limit contact with fellow NPCs.

Actually, I think motioning to sequester the jury is the better play.

One, it keeps the jurors away from the New York media, so they won't be influenced by the mob mentality outside of the courtroom.

And two, it will make the jurors antsy and frustrated, and cause the arrogant lefties on the jury to make mistakes that violate the rules of the jury as they go into TikTok withdrawal.

The flaw in the system is no one is objective politically.

If conservatives shirk their jury duty they shouldn’t be upset when bad liberals wind up on juries and make bad decisions.

I’ve never shirked my duty but I have been honest during voir dire (which leftist are not) and have never been seated on a jury, including one instance where I would have been except one of the lawyers struck me.

Big problem is conservatives are not willing to lie to try and get on a jury. Leftist have no compunction about lying and want to be on juries.
