The Oklahoma Sooners are headed to the Sugar Bowl with an undefeated regular season as the #1 or #2 seed in the Bowl Championship Series after a 56-28 demolition of an offensive minded Texas Tech squad.
They will face an opponent yet to be determined in the final weeks of the college football season.

Believe it or not, I saw an OSU team that can be beaten today. I think USC could do it, IF they play smart defense.

If LSU wins out, it should be them playing in the National Championship. IF. I think the computers will reveal that result.

If Ohio St. gaining the title slot was breaking news last year, Oklahoma is this year.. Apparently not. The Lead Moderator, who is, I guess, something like the top Oompa-Loompa said that threads like this are destroying the very fabric of Free Republic, and that it should be in the Hobbit Hole.
