I think the courts should be more careful when they take their decisions. For instance, if a parent has had a previous case for visitation or any other violation to any agreement, and the judge has warned the parent for at least three times, the judge should order a psychological evaluation to parents, STEP-PARENTS AND CHILD/DREN and increase the visitation to the noncustodial parent, to avoid Parental Alienation.

I think that once the custodial parent has remarried, he/she should be involved in evaluations,subpoenas, court orders, etc., since they play a very important role in the child's life. And they should understand why is so important to the child's development, to maintain a good relation between child and NCP.

Some folks don't exactly show discernment when choosing their next mate. The kids need to be protected. Unfortunately, it can cost upwards of 5k for a psychiatric examination. Psychos either nest with co dependents, or fellow psychos.
