I always bought sweet tamales for Christmas when I lived in San Diego. They are the best!

Have you ever rolled your own? Tamales, I mean.
I got a 'kit' to make a dozen at home, and I made them last night.
I filled them with chicken, poblano peppers I roasted, and queso blanco.
YUM!
