I don't get Britney's appeal. She's not that good-looking (and even unattractive, judging from one candid "without makeup" tabloid photo I saw). I've not heard her music, but from what I've read in tabloids, and heard on Matt Drudge, she's a shallow airhead. Which is to be expected from most people her age today, and even those older.

As for the Rabbi, he's worse. He's trying to stir up some controversy that will hopefully become a talk radio topic. IOW, he's hoping to ride Britney's coattails to some minor fame for himself.

BS is a great looking, sexy gal. And that pretty much is the extent of her talent. I thank God that my 15 year old disdains pop music/Hip Hop and Rap and is the rocker that she is. She never was impressed with the likes of BS.

But Britney must have something. After all, Britney Spears has the most hits on internet of all people, there have been several threads on her here. Her meaningless marriage was on CNN.com, Yahoo.com and FR.com. So the girl must have something. From the neck up she looks like someone who could live next door. I don't even know why I am reading this thread all I can figure out is she must have something going for her or we all wouldn't be talking about BS. Go figure. I thought after that last CD should would fade away because it didn't sell that many. She has lost the interest of the pre teens crowd and what young adult is going to buy those CDs.

There is some component of female attractiveness that is seriously missing in this girl.

The only other blonde superstar I've ever felt this way about is, interestingly enough, BS's "role model" Madonna.

Just wanted anyone who sees this know that Britney was a very accomplished gymnast as a child. She worked for some time with Bella Karolyi, the great Olympians' coach. She was a very talented girl. I wish her well.

She's in with a lousy group of people now.....Madonna included.
