I used to have a Micro Forge external hard drive on my Amiga 1000. It was about the size of a breadbox and held 20 megabytes of data.

When those guys came out I wanted one sooooo bad. They did some super cool stuff in their day.

I always wondered why they couldn't stay afloat, and if they had, what their current models would be doing today.

The G4 Macs seem to have it in coolness these days, but I have to stick with the old PC platform, where I can build it myself and find software to do anything I want for free.

Still I sort of regret never having that Amiga.
