I'm expecting a lot of caterwauling from the Dems over this space proposal. I'm in favor of it myself. But it reminds me of listening to Wesley Clarke on the radio, speaking at a college I believe, when he said that he would devote billions to time travel research if elected. He feels that time travel is within reach.
Does anyone else remember this or am I delusional?

He definitely said it. My question was rhetorical.
Unfortunately it was only reported for 2 days.
The next day I heard a physicist interviewed on the news
and he stated that he was pretty sure that "Clark" couldn't
revoke the laws of physics. But he did say it, My co-workers and I were chuckling when we heard the recording.

(YOU sit down, Mr. Dean. You've had your say, now we'll have ours.)

A flux capacitor needs to be invented first. Once that's up and running, Clark's plans can proceed. It's that simple.
