How people down south can run in eighty or ninety degree temps is beyond me.
I suppose you get used to it, but...geesh!
Maybe genes come into play, too? I wouldn't think Norskis handle heat very well. Scots either.

Maybe genes come into play, too? I wouldn't think Norskis handle heat very well. Scots either.I'm Norski (Norwegian-Irish, mostly) and I can handle it when I'm used to it in the summer. I think it's mostly getting used to it, which probably includes adjusting your diet to fit the increased water/salt/calorie intake needs.
Got some bread that just finished in the breadmaker here. Waiting for it to cool off so I can cut it :)
