His strange obsession with "TONS OF TOXIC FUMES" as a few dozen satellites fall back into the atmosphere are the rantings of a lunatic, not the reasonings of a scientist who has knowledge that of TEOTWAWKI. A few tons of toxic gases released and dispersed and probably distroyed as they re-eneter the atmosphere at 17,000 mph should the the last of his worries.
As for his name, anyone could go online to a university and do a quick search and come up with a name of a person with any type of degree they wanted to impress others with.
