What's out there for good anime that doesn't look like it was designed for 16 year old boys with out of control hormones?
I stopped in one of our local stores which carries a lot of anime for rent, and if I didn't already know better I'd think the whole anime genre was into S&M and should only be in the "back room" of the video store.
It was pretty sad the things they had out.
The one I'm watching now (Fullmetal Alchemist) is great. But it's not available in the US, only through fansubs. I believe you have a cookie-ethics problem? If you don't, I'll bake you a set...
Ooh, try "Fruits Basket", though I think that was written for teenage girls who like angst. But I love it. The first two seasons of Rurouni Kenshin are incredible, possibly the best anime I've ever seen, but the third is lame.
