I'm interested in this trial, although I must say I think he's going to get off. From what I have been reading, it appears that the defense will have no problem establishing reasonable doubt in the minds of the jurors. I do think he did it, though. But whether he will be punished for what he did is another question entirely. The case against Mark Hacking, on the other hand, looks like a slam dunk (unless he claims insanity).

I'm interested in this trial, although I must say I think he's going to get off. Notice how lawyers careers progress?
Most start out as prosecuting attorneys working for the city or state and then work their way up to Trial Lawyers suing the likes of McDonalds or Medical Doctors.
And then to get the really big bucks, its defense attorneys for the rich and powerful or the soon to be bankrupt!
