What is going on at Fox News?
Within the last 15 minutes, I've seen them attack the Swift Boat captains without letting them defend themselfs, and be totally unfair to a Cuban American film maker who was trying to show the Elian side of the Elian story.

If you want ONLY GOP news and propaganda then I suggest you join the RNC fax "talking points" list, be lucky we HAVE FOX news in the first place

My problem with ALL news media, (not just FOX) is their failure to do any "investigative journalism"..
Generally, they just comment on whatever news stories have been published in the print media, or on so-called "investigative" news shows on the Liberal Broadcast Networks..
Often it seems, their source is rumours posted on Drudge, or MoveOn.org, or the such..
None of the News Media, especially Telivision, seems to even TRY to determine any FACTS any more..

In the 2000 and 2002 elections..none of the big name Dems would appear on Fox...O"reilly is still mad that Gore wouldn't come on his show..Daschle won't appear on the station...and Kerry has refused all requests...The Dems are boycottting because tey fear getting asked hard question..OTOH..Fox outdraws the othercable nets by 3:1..so, if the Dems don't come on, they lose a platform..I suspect FOX's kinder gentler image is designed to convince Kerry to drop in..

Their treatment of the swiftvets has not been much better. They pride themselves on being "fair and balanced" between good and evil. And yes, I seldom watch; the obvious mistatements of fact get me to click my remote elsewhere.
