If John Kerry, having admitted to being a war criminal, is elected President will this mean that his friends in Europe will press for his trial? Will his position as President jeapordize the U.S. treasury since still living Vietnamese victims will be free to sue he and the US govt? Our government rejected these claims during the war but his legitimization would go far in a "World Court" situation.
