O'Reilly was bantering with McAwful about ending the war on terror. McAwful keeps saying the Kerry will win the war, finally O'Reilly says (and I paraphrase) "...if Kerry wins, I want him to come on my show and tell me how he plans on doing that. McAwful replies "...no problem, if he wins, I'll let him come on the show and explain it."
I just love the use of the I'll let him....won't he have to check with Tereeza first?
He was his normal smarmy self. He did seem very meek , though. I don't think things are going all that well for his boys.

Bush's so called gaffe has baited the Democrats into making the preposterous claim that Kerry will make a better war leader. Just what the Republicans want the campaign to be about.
O'Reilly offered him a way out before attacking. McAullife declined to say we shouldn't make such a big deal out of the remark because Bush merely meant we could never get rid of all the terrorists. He said it was a big deal, that John Kerry would win the war on terror. That's when O'Reilly attacked, and McAuliffe withered when O'Reilly challenged him on this. Now the Democrats have been put in the box of claiming that in 4 years they will win the war on terror by eliminating all terrorists.
Terry, Terry, Terry! Just stop talking. Its the only way we won't know.

More telling than you know. This is telling you who wears
the pants in the Kerry campaign.
Kerry tried to fire McA in March (and Hillary this weekend), and got soundly slapped back both time.

If so, it's consistent with McA being the head of the
Sabotage Team. They've been tasked by Bill with the job
of ensuring that Kerry loses by just a little, but loses
nonetheless.

Edwards seems to think that they can win the war in 4 years. What is their plan? Get everyone to sing kumbaya around a campfire. The Saudi's have tried to pay off the terrorists for years, and look what is happening there now.
