Now that CBS has exposed to the world how the partisan media will act in the new McCain-Feingold playground, I think it is time for some pubbie to congress to put in a bill to kill that stupid law. STRIKE WHILE THE FRAUD IS HOT!
With the new "eyeballs" lurking on FR now, you might want to check your thread titles...
A casual observer, or a DU loser, may get the wrong impression of what you meant to say.
I think that Baker should offer to let CBS participate in the debates as long as they get their 527 filing done in time!! :)
Two things "Fivetwoseven" Feingold accomplishes during his tenure in the Senate:
1) is the ONLY individual in the United States of America to vote against the Patriot Act; and
2) pushes through legislation that helps cement incumbents like him while making it far more difficult for a challenger, all the while giving rise to groups like MoveOn.org
Wisconsin citizens, vote Michels for US Senate on November 2!
Michels campaign sign out front - can do on Nov 2.
I would think that the citizens of the great country, after hearing about the fraud that is being perpetrated by the liberals, keeping in mind that some of the goofier ones are even suggesting assassinations (Drudge), would pull the Republican lever across the board, not just in Wisconsin, but in all states! It is high time to say to the politicians that the era of Clinton is over. We are tired of the lies, the deceit, and the disinterest shown to those who would harm us!
Call your Senators and Representative about this. I did - it is disgusting, stupid, idiotic law. It gives all the power to the MSM.
"I think it is time for some pubbie to congress to put in a bill to kill that stupid law."
So you would prefer that the SwiftVets were not allowed to do what they are doing ?
If the McCain-Feingold bill were scrapped, SBVFT would still be able to run their ads. The death of the bill would just allow all citizens to do what we always have.
The swift vets shouldn't and wouldn't have to play games and kiss someones ring to get their message out. Without this stupid law they wouldn't have to ask permission of some bureaucrat to tell the truth
