The dog brought it home a few weeks ago. She says she wants to keep it for decoration and it is now stuck on her fence post.
Id be more worried about the talking dog than the human skull, unless it talks too.

The dog does not talk. It is the lady who talks. she is very nice and I took care of here when her husband up and left her 10 years ago.
