it galls me when people haven't a care what they do when they ought to know better, do something stupid, then whine and cry all over the place when they get caught. bet he wasn't whining when he did the crime.
granted the sentence seems a bit tough, but what is the diff between standing in front of a child holding your raincoat open, and running naked in front of the child? perhaps one is more threatening than the other, but both indicate someone who uses their sex organs to act out.
maybe thee little twerp will learn a thing or two inside to curb his exhibitionist appetites.
