This was at the height of Richard Clarke. Mathews used quotes from Clarke to set up Biden's reactions. Biden went into a near treasonous rant when Clarke expressed the concern that Bush might next threaten Iran or Syria.

I am truly frightened that these people will somehow steal this election and will be running our country after Jan 20th. No matter what happens in this election..the course is clear. Truth be told, Biden would have been a stronger candidate for the Dems(if there is such a thing)than Kerry. He must have some nasty stuff in his 'laundry' basket or the Dems would have run him long ago. God Save The Republic!
