Geez, I am getting tired of the voting rate in Philadelphia being 150% of the population and always returning enough dem votes to beat the good guy votes from the rest of the state. They are trying the same thing in Ohio. In Cleveland, the black precincts will try to vote at rates exceeding 100-130%.
