Let's see if the Steelers can do the same thing in the "dog pound" as they've been able to do on the "Carrier?"

I am getting ready to leave, to watch the Vikings kick some Butt in "Lambert" Field.

As a die-hard Viking fan, living in the heart of Packer Country, I either love or hate this day every year! I just wish we had Randy Moss here today, if only used as a decoy.

There's a 3 way tie for "Game of the Week".

Baltimore at NY Jets, Minnesota at Green Bay, and Seattle at St.Louis are all games with playoff implications.

Houston at Indy and Pittsburgh at Cleveland get honorable mention.

Tampa at Atlanta gets a mention because there is no love lost between Rich Mckay and Jon Gruden, and the teams just don't like each other. If the falcons win, they pretty much sew up the NFC south. If the bucs win, and they're 3-1 their last 4 games, they remain in a viable playoff position.

Yes, the Steelers are no doubt favored coming into todays game. Steelers probably should win -- maybe win big.

That said . . . GO BROWNS!!!!!

Thanks for the Post!

Being from Charlottesville, Virginia the local stations carry the Washington Redskins games to the exclusion of all others.

Last week I had to go to the local sports bar to catch the Steelers/Eagles game on satellite. It seemed that half the town had the same opinion of the TV schedule as the parking lot and the bar were packed! *LOL*

We were lucky here in Atlanta, got both the Steeler-Pats and Steeler-Eagles games on TV.

I respect a man who sticks with his team through thick and thin. (I'm also an Oriole fan).

Arizon is 26th in rushing defense. This guy

should have a good day today.

Prediction: Giants 34, Cardinals 17.

I tell ya what, I picked the giants to win, but they better play better ball than they did against da bears. Arizona's defense is just as good if not better than Chicago's. The cards create alot of turnovers.

Yeah...Coughlin has spent a lotta time this week on avoiding turnovers, which can be (mostly) blamed on Warner. The idea this week is to take the pressure off Kurt and have him protect the ball more. The more the Cards have to worry about Tiki, the less pressure on Kurt.

But, no more Strahan...Osi will need to step up.

My predicted upset of the week is Houston beating Indianapolis.

I also predict that Pittsburgh will rule the Dog Pound on account of the adrenaline that was stirred up this week by that "threat" to injure Roethsburger (I'll learn to spell his name right one of these days).

As a Patriots fan, I'm looking forward to seeing Drew Bledsoe throw a couple of TD's to the Patriots tonight.

What's ironic here, is that only days before Tice introduced Bush in the Twin Cities in that picture, I heard him on the Dan Barreiro show here on KFAN and he was asked who he was voting for and I'll just leave it at saying he was undecided and said something about Bush, not that flattering, not that bad either, now I've gone out on a limb so I better say what he said, that in the debates,
Bush, Tice says had that where white saliva forms in the corner of his mouth when speaking, which in all honesty, I did not note. He also said, when he talked during the debate, his eyes shifted around at some points, so he wondered if Bush was telling the truth when that happened.
Again, I did not see this either.

An afternote after the President came to the Twin Cities when questioned upon his introducing the President, he said he was asked to and one can not refuse to do such a task. Of course, I understand that Tice did indeed, come to endorse President Bush.
