No. He doesn't look gay ( whatever that looks like ). He looks like Mickey Mouse. George asked him whether the UN or the US should coordinate the aid efforts. then Powell got angry and said very calmly, "that always make me want to respond with an aescerbic comment." (ie, " a harsh, sharp , angry , cutting comment.)
Hey, did anyone notice when George responded to Powell with "happy New Year to you" his voice cracked. Maybe George is really just 14. HA!
