Very true...in caucasians constant pulling of the hair into a pony tail or bun can do the same thing. Guys...don't wear those baseball caps all the time either. And don't fry your scalp with the blow dryer...aim at the hair. End of hair 101...from PaMom.

I keep my hair short so It doesn't need much maintenance. It does grow quickly. Genetically I should be grey and balding by now. That isn't happening.

Only if it's too tight. That's part of the reason mine comes down as soon as it can. I wonder about the total validity of hair falling out this way since the weight of the hair will pull most dos loose.

And nutrition has a lot to do with it.
