Well, to be honest, I also have run about 1600 miles a year over the past two years. It helps keep that weight down. I don't drink sugared soda because I did some major damage to my teeth in college due to my 3 Mountain Dew a day habit. I'm down to about one sugared soda every two weeks or so, because I have about ten potential cavities I'm holding at bay.
