Not sure how the restore works if you loss the system's hard drive unless they supply a CD that you can boot from.

DriveImage and TrueImage will restore from bootable floppy or bootable CD in case the hd is unbootable.

Howlin, besides and increase in speed by adding more ram, your system will be more stable, when system memory gets too low (and it will at 256mb), then it becomes unstable and you get crashes which causes data corruption, file system damage. Definitly get more ram.
